Update: November Dates & Proposal Review Sessions

Hi all,

I am sharing updated dates for RFF events for November, December 2025 and January 2026. I'll send out calendar invitations after this, and you can see the updated dates on the calendar on the cohort hub webpage. If you have any questions, please let me know.

We know that several organisations are finding it difficult to join multiple events in one week with RFF. As we are now focussing on supporting you to write the proposals we have decided to hold more optional/drop-in support spaces to ask questions specific to your proposal. You absolutely don’t need to attend, but that space is open for you, as well as the option to ask questions on Slack and book a virtual meeting with Aala for longer questions.

If any extra sessions would be helpful, please let us know and we can book in some time (for example, if you’d like support to meet together as a subgroup for peer support, we can help you book a space at EFI).

We’re also open to any suggestions as to how to help you collaborate and connect.

13 Nov, Thursday | 10am-12pm | Zoom call to cover: budget, activities/ outputs, goals/outcomes
14 Nov, Friday | 11am-3pm | Proposal Drop-In Support at EFI, room 1.12

27 Nov, Thursday | 1-5pm | Wider Networking Networking Space at EFI, room 3.35

Proposal review sessions

Aala will be holding 1:1, 1-hour sessions to review your proposal one week in December (9-12th) and one week in January (13-16th).
