Meeting focus: Proposal Walk-Through and Q&A

📝 Notes:

• Aala walked through the proposal Word document which you can find linked to from the Cohort Hub webpage, or go directly to https://regenerativefuturesfund.org.uk/cohort-hub/proposal

• The group asked questions - these will be added to the FAQ section on the proposal webpage

• Today we focused more on the proposal content rather than the process. We will shortly share more information about this. Check the process section on the proposal webpage for updates.

• To help us finalise the timeline, we are asking you to let us know if you would prefer a December or January proposal review and submission date (see actions below for details).

✅ Actions:

• Read through the Proposal document and page on the Cohort Hub (this includes information shared in Thursday 9th’s online Proposal Walk-Through session).

• Sign the Principles of Working agreement if you haven’t yet. If you are part of a collective, make sure each organisation signs.

• Let us know by 14th October through this poll on Slack if you would prefer a December or January review session and submission deadline. Either way, we would aim to stick with the original grant start date.

• Review the clusters grouping list. If you have any questions, get in touch with Aala/Mairi on Slack.
